IVVN Female Fellowship Awards for Students from Lower and Middle Income Countries in UK, 2018

TheInternational Veterinary Vaccinology Network (IVVN) will money fellowships for female postdoctoral scientists operating at an LMIC-based research study organisation (‘Mentee’) to deal with a primary private investigator (‘Mentor’) in the UK.

Animal illness have substantial effect on societies in low-and- middle-income countries ( LMICs), through lowered animal health, impaired well-being, lowered animals performance and public health. Vaccines provide the most sustainable path to control and avoid much of the most destructive illness of animals. The Network offers the chance to develop multi-partnered, worldwide partnerships that combine the varied abilities that can speed up the advancement of vaccines.

Applicants whose mother tongue is not English are typically needed to offer proof of efficiency in English at the greater level needed by the University.

Applicants: Funding is for female, postdoctoral (or people who will have gotten their PhD prior to the fellowship starts) IVVN members who are from an LMIC nation and operating at an LMIC- based research study organisation. A research study organisation in this context will cover IVVN Members based at scholastic institutes, governmental organisations, non-governmental organisations or market.
