The goal of the scholarship is to support Colombian Students who wish to pursue doctoral programs in all locations of understanding (other than scientific locations of human and animal health).

Eligibility: The following requirements should be satisfied in order for candidates to be qualified for the scholarship:
- The prospect should show that he has a cumulative minimum average of 4.0 over 5.0 (Colombian scale) in his finished university research studies (undergraduate and master’s degree).
- The prospect should connect his/ her diplomas of undergraduate, expertise and/or masters. If the main certificate is electronic, the prospect should consist of the confirmation code.
- A copy of the citizenship card scanned on both sides, should be connected.
- A scanned copy of the biographical page of the legitimate passport should be connected.
- The prospect should provide a minimum of 2 (2) recommendation letters, which might be scholastic or expert. Letters might be sent in English or Spanish.
