- Australian or New Zealand person, holder of an Australian irreversible homeowner or irreversible humanitarian visa or an International trainee University of Sydney trainees presently registered in any undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program are qualified to use.
- Students presently registered in a research-based Masters or PhD program or who have actually been granted a research-based Masters or PhD degree are not qualified to use.
