English Language Training Scholarships in Oman, 2017

The Ministry of Higher Education is very happy to announce the availability of English Language Training Scholarship to both pupils of Oman. These scholarships are offered for students who maintain General Diploma certification with higher success.

The goal of this scholarship would be to provide applicants English language instruction to take entrance at foreign colleges.

()Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) in the Ministry of Education; and gave the MoHE a separate mandate and a new organizational structure. It has been now that six Colleges of Education under the authority of the MoHE were transformed to Colleges of Education supplying Bachelor amounts in Education.

 Course Level:  These scholarships are available to pursue English language training.

Study Subject: These scholarships are awarded in the area of English.

Scholarship Award: These scholarships will cover the followings:-LRB-**)

• The HEI/LI will administer and bear the expense of placement tests, the outcomes of which are utilized to divide students into homogeneous groups for training purpose.
• The HEI/LI will facilitate the IELTS/TOEFL test in IELTS/TOEFL approved examination centers at the end of the program and bear the Expense of administering it to all student
• The HEI/LI provide facilities and services needed in the educational institution which may help students in self-learning, like English Audiovisual Laboratories and other facilities essential for the educational procedure.
• The HEI/LI shall provide –on request- proper housing facilities for students from distant regions of above 100 km from the language centers.
