- Monthly stipend of NT$60,000– NT$80,000(Depends upon the degree and certifications of the beneficiary)
- A Round- journey air travel in between Taiwan and United States.

- Travel repayment for the transport costs sustained in taking a trip in between places; Hotel repayment approximately NT$2500 per night due to organisation travel in between places.

Eligibility:
- Currently, teach or perform research in TEFL in an organization in Taiwan or other English speaking nations.
- Hold main citizenship from Taiwan or from a native English speaking nation.
- Are a native English speaker or are proficient in English
- Have remained in a pertinent field of English mentor experiences for more than 2 years or
- Have held the rank of assistant teacher (or its comparable) or greater for a minimum of 2 years, and are associated with a university or research organization in Taiwan or other English speaking nations.
While a background in Mandarin works, it is not required for the position.
Nationality: Citizens from Taiwan are qualified to use.
