Eligibility: Highly certified doctoral trainees, who are registered at an Austrian university or at one of the following universities with an associated Austria Center for doctoral or PhD (representing the orientation of the Center for Austrian Studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem): University of New Orleans (CenterAustria/ Austrian Marshall Plan Center for European Studies), University of Minnesota (Center for Austrian Studies), Palack ý University of Olomouc (Center for German-MoravianLiterature), University of Leiden (Chair of Central European Studies with concentrate on Austria), Andrassy University of Budapest (Faculty of Central European Studies) and University of Alberta (Institute for Austrian and Central European Studies).
Nationality: Citizens of Canada; Netherlands; Austria; Czech Republic; Hungary; United States of America are qualified to use.
