- Poor, gifted and deserving student who belongs to a household whose socioeconomic standing Doesn’t exceed the set values of particular indexes;-LRB-*******)
- Incoming routine 3rd year college student in a recognized priority S&T route for SY 2017-2018;-LRB-*******)
- Has that a general weighted average (GWA) of 83 percent or its equivalent in their initial and second years in faculty;-LRB-*******)

- Of good moral character and in great health; and
