NMU International Academic Awards in USA, 2017 Scholarship Positions 2017 2018

Northern Michigan University is offering International Academic Awards to pursue undergraduate programme. These scholarships are offered to new NMU pupils who register Fall 2017 or afterwards.

Northern Michigan has a population of about 9,000 undergraduate and graduate students.  It offers 147-degree programs, including 25 graduate programs.

Applicants whose first language isn’t English are generally needed to supply evidence of competence in English at the larger amount demanded by the University.

Course Level: Awards are readily available for pursuing undergraduate programme.

Study Subject: Awards are given to study the areas supplied by the university.

Scholarship Award: $2,200/yr.

Number of Scholarships: Unlimited amounts of awards can be found.

Scholarship may be taken in the USA

Eligibility:

  • May receive scholarships for up to 8 terms (new international newcomer) or 6 sessions for transfer students, or until end of first bachelor’s degree, whichever comes first.
  • Must keep a cumulative 3.0 NMU G.P.A. and full time registration.
  • Must satisfy Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy conditions.
  • FAO Monitors per annum in the decision of the winter semester

Nationality: International pupils qualify to apply.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have previous degree.

Test Requirement: Only pupils in the U.S. and Canada are required to submit an SAT or ACT score.  Students from other nations aren’t needed to submit ACT or SAT scores.

English Language Requirement: Applicants whose first language isn’t English are generally needed to supply evidence of competence in English at the larger amount demanded by the University.

How to Apply: Automatically granted according to high school or transfer GPA of 3.0 or better.
