The American University of Central Asia is allowing applications for the Afghan scholarships for pursuing their undergraduate degree at the American University of Central Asia in the USA. These scholarships are financed by the U.S. Embassy in Kabul and dispensed by American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS.
