Eligibility: The following standards have to be met in order for candidates to be eligible for scholarship:

- That you might be 30 years of age or below on 20th November 2017, and from a rustic with a Gross National Income (GNI) per capita of lower than $20,000.
- That your THREE revealed or broadcast items of labor have been produced in the 12 months previous 18th August 2017 (the 12 months previous to the deadline for submissions).
- That you’ll connect a verbatim translation or transcript in English, in case your tales are usually not in English.
- That you’ll ship a letter out of your present editor verifying that your three submissions are completely your work, or if you’re freelance or self-employed, that you’ll connect a letter from the editor of the publication or broadcaster for every submission*.
