TheUniversity of Canterbury is using women who are studying undergraduate Power Engineering in the School of Engineering at the University.
Transpower developed the scholarship in 2018 to motivate more women to go into the New Zealand electrical energy market.
ErnestRutherford, Canterbury’s most recognized graduate, studied at the University in the 1890 s. He found his own clinical capability throughout a year of postgraduate research study prior to using up a scholarship to Cambridge.
