— Are a reporter, interactions expert, activist, designer, or coder actively associated with media work or social advocacy
— Have verifiable capability in information analysis, information journalism, and/or digital interactions
— Are proficient in composed and spoken English or Russian
— Will be offered to invest 3 days in Tbilisi from 7 to 9 November, 2018
— Are happy to take part in pre-event activities (webinars)
— Are open and happy to get associated with cross-country partnership and reporting
— Have no political celebration or spiritual company association
