TheSt Andrews and Stirling Graduate Programme in Philosophy (SASP) is taught by the Philosophy Departments in the Universities of St Andrews andStirling The approach graduate programs of St Andrews and Stirling are totally combined for all postgraduate degrees.
TheSASP course is taught inEnglish If you are a native speaker and/or if your bachelor’s degree was taught in English, then you do not have to offer additional proof of proficiency inEnglish If you are not a native speaker and your bachelor’s degree was not taught in English, then we need an acknowledged English Language test.

StudySubject: Studentships are granted in the field of Philosophy.
ScholarshipAward: Two complete Doctoral Studentships moneyed by the Philosophical Quarterly (PQ) journal which will offer upkeep of ₤14,800 each year plus a complete cost waiver (at Home/ EU level: ₤4195 each year) for 3 years.

Eligibilityfor the Scholarship:
EligibleCountries: Home, EU or Overseas students are qualified to use.
EntranceRequirements: If you have a Masters degree (in approach) which is comparable to the SASP MLitt, then you might be thought about for direct entry to the PhD or MPhil.
EnglishLanguage Requirements: University typically need a TOEFL rating of 600 (paper-based), 250 (computer-based), or 100 (internet-based). A copy of your TOEFL certificate will suffice. Alternatively an IELTS rating of 7.00 (Ideally we choose the IELTS test.)
