Applications are welcomed for the scholarship for study-abroad in France for the year 2018-2019 Japanese students are qualified to use for this scholarship.

The function of the French Programme Scholarship is to offer monetary help for a Japanese SILS trainee with outstanding scholastic capacity and extensive interest in France, to study for one year in France.

TheWaseda University is devoted to producing graduates who can utilize both the University’s broad scope and their own uniqueness to make a critical contribution to worldwide society.

CourseLevel: This is a yearlong fellowship program to study in France.

StudySubject: Fellowship is granted to discover SILS French program.

ScholarshipAward: Monthly stipend: 615 Euros
Other stipend consists of:
110Euros monthly as medical insurance charge, 700 Euros as needed costs for books, stationery, travel costs for research study journey and so on

Scholarship can be taken in France

Eligibility: The following requirements need to be fulfilled in order for candidates to be qualified for the scholarship:

  • Japanese citizenship without double citizenship (requirement of the French Embassy in Japan)
  • Born after January 1, 1988
  • Enrolledin the SILS French program
  • Wishingto study inFrance for one year with a long-lasting job related to France, either within the Waseda study-abroad programs (‘mobility framed’) or as an independent candidate (‘individual mobility’), in which case the candidate need to ensure he or she will be accepted by the host organization.

Nationality: Japanese students are qualified to use for this scholarship.
