Scholarship Award: The grant sum is 600 000 rubles each year (the scholarship is paid in case a PhD nominee was registered to post-graduate PhD program in SibFU on a paid basis).The program duration is 3-4 years. The competition winner is paid equivalent sums quarterly during the initial year, followed by the renewal based on the outcomes of the annual report (In case a PhD nominee is a foreign citizen or a non resident of Krasnoyarsk, they will soon be given a dormitory room in SibFU campus. PhD nominees will need to cover transport, living, analyzing and insurance prices themselves).

Eligibility: Applicants must satisfy the next area for the scholarship:
- Applicant age – not mature than 30 years old (at the present time of application);
