GMIT Rise Scholarships in Ireland, 2017 Scholarship Positions 2017 2018

Irish applicants are invited to apply for GMIT Rise Scholarships sponsored by Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology for the academic session of 2017. These scholarships are offered to pursue postgraduate research degree in Ireland.

The intention of the scholarships will be to develop the instruction of pupils and also to improve the economical, societal and cultural life of area.

Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology is a third level institute of schooling and is based at five places in the west of Ireland.

Course Level: These scholarships are offered to pursue postgraduate research degree.

Study Subject: These scholarships are given in any area provided by the university.

Scholarship Award: These scholarships will cover the followings:

  • A pupil stipend (generally tax exempt) valued at €18,000 paid over 18 months 1

Eligibility: Applicants must match the next area for the scholarship:

  • Support will likely be supplied simply to students that enroll in GMIT to pursue Masters degrees by research;
  • Student nominees must have previously graduated, or be due to graduate in 2017, in a subject applicable to the planned research;
